Will Ferrell Announces Anchorman Sequel

On Wednesday evening, Will Ferrell stopped by Conan O'Brien's talk show in character as Ron Burgundy to make an important announcement: Paramount Pictures has officially greenlit a sequel to the hugely popular 2004 comedy "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy."

After playing some jazz flute and poking fun at Conan, Ferrell made his official announcement. "As of oh-nine-hundred hours Mountain Time, Paramount Pictures and myself, Ronald Joseph Aaron Burgundy, have come to terms on a sequel for 'Anchorman.' It is official: There will be a sequel to 'Anchorman.'"

He then played more jazz flute and disappeared into the curtains.

A sequel for "Anchorman" has long been in the works, but had previously failed to come to fruition. Originally, Ferrell and director Adam McKay intended for a sequel to to originate as a Broadway show before coming to the big screen. However, the planned film, which was to take place in outer space, was deemed "not a good fit" by Paramount executives as of last May. Of course, that was before "The Other Guys," also directed by McKay and starring Ferrell, made over $170 million worldwide.

No word on the release date for the sequel, but Deadline reports that the movie will see Paul Rudd, Steve Carell and David Koechner reprise their roles from the original. They also indicate that Judd Apatow will again produce and McKay will direct the film.

Ferrell's decision to make his exclusive announcement on "Conan" is hardly surprising, as the "Casa de mi Padre" star has a long history with the talk show host. After appearing on some classic bits on O'Brien's "Late Night," Ferrell had the distinction of appearing as both the first and last guest on O'Brien's "Tonight Show," and even performed "Free Bird" to close out the show's shortlived run. When O'Brien went to TBS, Ferrell personally shaved off Conan's beard in a high-profile moment.

Rihanna, Ashton Kutcher: Singer Rips Reporter For Relationship Question

Somewhere deep inside you, there's a part of you that really wants to know whether Rihanna actually paid a 4 a.m. visit to Ashton Kutcher's house (you wouldn't have otherwise clicked on this article, hmm?). But such tabloid fodder rarely gets vocalized to a celebrity's face, which makes this press conference with Rihanna, in London to promote her new film "Battleship," all the more painful. In it, the "We Found Love" singer rips an intrepid reporter named "Sarah," who dares question the nature of RiRi and Kutcher's relationship.

Asks Sarah: "You're so good with connecting with people, that I think that we actually feel we know you. Things are clearly going brilliantly in your career. I just wondered if you are as happy in your private life. Will we be seeing a certain Mr. Kutcher perhaps making a trip over here?"

US man undergoes full face transplant

Fifteen years after gunshot wounds left him permanently disfigured, a US man has been given a new face, in what doctors have hailed to be the most extensive face transplant ever attempted.
Richard Norris was accidentally shot in the face almost 15 years ago. Although he survived the incident, he has been hiding behind a mask ever since, too ashamed to show what is left of his face.
Norris underwent surgery at the University of Maryland where surgeons performed a full face transplant.
Other than the new face, which was provided by an anonymous donor, surgeons also gave Norris a new tongue, teeth and jaw in the 36-hour operation.

JetBlue Emergency Landing: Passengers Recount Scare After Pilot Outburst

LAS VEGAS — Passengers aboard an early morning flight bound from New York to Las Vegas first noticed something wrong when the plane's top pilot came out of the cockpit, didn't close the door and tried to force his way into an occupied bathroom.

The JetBlue captain's co-workers tried to calm him as he became more jittery, coaxing him to the back of the plane while making sure – above all – that he didn't get back near the plane's controls.

Then, he sprinted up the cabin's aisle – ranting about a bomb, screaming "They're going to take us down!" and urging confused passengers to pray.

"Nobody knew what to do because he is the captain of the plane," said Don Davis, the owner of a Ronkonkoma, N.Y.-based wireless broadband manufacturer who was traveling to Sin City for a security industry conference.

"You're not just going to jump up and attack the captain," Davis said.

But four men did tackle the pilot, pinning him to the floor for more than 20 minutes while the co-pilot and an off-duty pilot who was aboard landed the plane in Amarillo, Texas.

"Clearly, he had an emotional or mental type of breakdown," said Tony Antolino, a security executive who sat in the 10th row of the plane and tackled the pilot when he tried to re-enter the cockpit.

"He became almost delusional," Antolino said after arriving in Las Vegas from Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport some six hours after schedule.

Josh Redick, who was sitting near the middle of the plane, said the captain seemed "irate" and was "spouting off about Afghanistan and souls and al-Qaida."Airlines and the FAA strongly encourage pilots to assert themselves if they think safety is being jeopardized, even if it means contradicting a captain's orders, Cox said. Aviation safety experts have studied several cases where first officers deferred to more experienced captains with tragic results.

Unruly pilots and crew have disrupted flights in the past.

Earlier this month, an American Airlines flight attendant took over the public-address system on a flight bound for Chicago and spoke for 15 minutes about Sept. 11 and the safety of their plane, saying, "I'm not responsible for this plane crashing," according to several passengers.

Passengers wrestled the flight attendant into a seat while the plane was grounded at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport; the flight attendant was hospitalized.

In 2008, an Air Canada co-pilot was forcibly removed from a Toronto-to-London flight, restrained and sedated after having a mental breakdown on a flight.

The FAA is likely to review the unidentified captain's medical certificate – essentially a seal of approval that the pilot is healthy. All pilots working for scheduled airlines must have a first-class medical certificate. The certificates must be renewed every six months to a year, depending on the pilot's age. To receive the certificate, the pilot must receive a physical examination by an FAA-designated medical examiner that includes questions about pilot's psychological condition. Pilots are required to disclose all physical and psychological conditions and medications.

APOEL Nicosia 0 - 3 Real Madrid Full Match Highlights And Goals 3-27-2012

Kaka came off the bench to inspire Real Madrid to victory over a spirited Apoel Nicosia side in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie.

French striker Karim Benzema had missed an open goal in the first half before he buried a curling cross from Kaka.

Brazilian Kaka - who was in superb form - then finished off a fine run and pass from fellow substitute Marcelo.

And Benzema wrapped up the win in stoppage time when he swept in Mezut Ozil's ball from the right. Real were dominant before adding their three late goals, and are now firm favourites to reach the semi-finals, where they would face either Marseille or Bayern Munich, who play their first leg on Wednesday.

The Cypriots had already accounted for Lyon - perrenial foes of Madrid in the Champions League - and despite losing defender Marcelo Oliveira to injury inside 10 minutes produced a rousing first-half display to shut out Jose Mourinho's side.

Ozil tested goalkeeper Dionisis Chiotis with a volley and then Benzema somehow missed from three yards out minutes before the interval.

Ailton lifted the home crowd with a wonderful solo run down the left at the start of the second period before the introduction of Kaka and Marcelo triggered a change of gear by Real.

Kaka crossed deliciously from the left and Benzema dived to head past Chiotis, before Marcelo was caught in the box by Paulo Jorge but kept his balance and cut the ball back for the former AC Milan playmaker to slot home. Benzema then tucked away Ozil's inviting low pass in the last minute for his 26th Champions League goal to put Real on course for the last four.

Champions League: Chelsea win 1-0 at Benfica

Chelsea will take a 1-0 lead home for the second leg of the Champions League quarterfinals against Benfica after Salomon Kalou's second-half goal gave his team its first away win in the competition this season.

Kalou tapped in Fernando Torres' cross from the right in the 75th minute of the first leg to give Chelsea the advantage ahead of the Stamford Bridge match on April 4.

The lone English club left in the tournament managed only half the number of Benfica's 22 attempts on goal at the Stadium of Light, and it scored against the run of play.

Chelsea was coming off a 2-1 loss at Manchester City last week and a 0-0 home draw with Tottenham, and the team defended well but created few chances in Lisbon other than Juan Mata hitting the post from a wide angle in the 61st after a defensive blunder.

"We were solid defensively and well-organized against a good team," Chelsea interim manager Roberto Di Matteo said. "We haven't qualified yet. It's dangerous to think we're through ... We've put ourselves in a good position, but it's not a result you can rely on for the home game."Ramires, a former Benfica player, kept outpacing left back Emerson, but Torres -- who recently ended a career-worst goal drought of 26 games -- couldn't convert the possession he received into clear chances.

Midfielder Raul Meireles' low drive just before the interval forced goalkeeper Artur to dive sharply to his right in Chelsea's best first-half effort.

Benfica cranked up the pressure after the break. Cardozo's close-range shot looked to be going in but it hit Luiz on the chest, and Jardel's header forced a reflex save from Cech.

Chelsea captain John Terry was repeatedly called into action, blocking Alex Witsel's shot then cutting out Rodrigo's pass to Cardozo that would have put him through on Cech. Lampard came on for Meireles, but Chelsea still looked the less likely victor.

But when Torres beat Jardel on the right flank, Kalou just needed to side-foot the ball into the net for the winner.

Brittney Griner Suspension? Baylor Star Ejected From Win Over Tennessee (VIDEO)

Before the 2012 NCAA Women's Tournament got underway, the only question being asked was, "Can any team stop Baylor?"

After four rounds of tournament action, the answer remains a decided "not really."

Of course, that doesn't mean that the Lady Bears haven't come perilously close to having their dreams of capping a historic 40-0 campaign with national championship derailed.

Led by 6'8" phenom Brittney Griner, the Baylor Bears had steamrolled to a 34-0 record ahead of Selection Monday. Entering the Final Four of the women's tourney, no one wearing another uniform has given Baylor much trouble, as they've outscored opponents by a combined 94 points entering the Final Four, with no individual foe staying closer than 15 points at the final buzzer.

During the final minute of a comfortable win over Pat Summitt's Tennessee Volunteers in the Elite Eight on Monday night, Griner and two teammates -- Jordan Madden and Terran Condrey -- were ejected for leaving the bench during a brief scuffle on the court. While standout shooting performances by Odyssey Sims and Kimetria Hayden showed the all-around talents of the Baylor squad, there is little doubt that a suspension levied against Griner for leaving the bench could drastically alter the outcome of a game against Stanford in the Final Four.

With Baylor in full control of the game in the waning minutes, Sims was drawn into a shouting and shoving match with Lady Vols forward Shekinna Stricklen.

Manchester United 1-0 Fulham | All Goals & Full Highlights | 26-03-2012

London: Wayne Rooney`s 21st Premier League goal of the season secured a 1-0 victory for Manchester United over Fulham on Monday to put them three points clear of Manchester City in the title race.

Rooney`s close-range strike after 41 minutes proved enough to see off an unambitious Fulham side and take the champions, who survived a strong late penalty appeal, to 73 points with eight games remaining.

City had moved top on goal difference with a 1-1 draw at Stoke City on Saturday but United responded with a ninth victory from their last 10 league matches and are now favourites to retain the title.

United manager Alex Ferguson, closing in on a 13th English championship with the Old Trafford club, said his team had deserved the three points despite tiring near the end.Manchester United edge Fulham 1-0, move clear

Manchester United edge Fulham 1-0, move clearLondon: Wayne Rooney`s 21st Premier League goal of the season secured a 1-0 victory for Manchester United over Fulham on Monday to put them three points clear of Manchester City in the title race.

United manager Alex Ferguson, closing in on a 13th English championship with the Old Trafford club, said his team had deserved the three points despite tiring near the end.

"I thought for an hour we played very well, the passing was quick and decisive and we made some decent opportunities but Fulham put in a very determined defensive performance," Ferguson, who agreed that Fulham could have had a late penalty, told Sky Sports.

"A bit of tiredness came into our game and we started to give the ball away and they capitalised. The disappointing thing was that we never finished them off when we should have."

United struggled for fluency in the first half as Fulham initially posed some threat with American striker Clint Dempsey forcing a fine save from keeper David de Gea.

Gradually United exerted pressure and the breakthrough came with halftime approaching as a cross into the area bounced kindly off Fulham`s John Arne Riise for the alert Jonny Evans to cut the ball back for Rooney to crash the ball past keeper Mark Schwarzer.

The home side improved after the break and should have spared themselves anxious late moments.

Ryan Giggs skewed one chance wide and Antonio Valencia squandered another when he shot straight at Schwarzer after being sent clear by Giggs`s pass.

Schwarzer also made superb saves to twice deny Ashley Young as United searched for the killer goal.

It did not arrive, though, and Martin Jol`s mid-table Fulham applied late pressure, Fulham having a strong appeal for a late penalty waved away when Danny Murphy tumbled in the area under a clumsy challenge from Michael Carrick.

"I think everyone in the stadium expected a penalty to be honest," Jol told Sky Sports. "But you have to be brave to give a penalty away at Manchester United.

"We could have had a result and I think they looked pretty nervous at the end."

Fergsuon said United should also have had a penalty but acknowledged that they had got a little fortunate.

"Certainly Michael Carrick caught Danny Muprhy`s heels when he came back," Ferguson said. "But I think we deserved (some luck) because we completely dominated the game until that last 15 minutes."

7.2 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Chile

7.1-magnitude earthquake hit central Chile on Sunday, injuring three people and prompting emergency officials to order an evacuation along parts of the coast.

There were no immediate reports of major damage.

The earthquake was at a depth of 21.6 miles (34.8 km) and struck 16 miles (27 km) north-northwest of Talca, the U.S. Geological Survey said. It had originally reported the quake was offshore and had a magnitude of 7.2.

No tsunami warning was issued and authorities initially canceled an evacuation order that had been issued for parts of the coast. They reissued that order late Sunday as a preventative measure.

Three people were injured as a result of the quake, emergency officials said. One person was in a traffic accident in the Biobio region and two people sustained light injuries when a ceiling collapsed. Many coastal residents were staying away from the shore in any case, remembering how the government said there would be no tsunami just before huge waves struck after the 2010 quake, killing 156 of the 524 victims of that disaster.

With aftershocks rattled the region, many people living inland didn't want to go back inside their homes, either.

In Parral, about 230 miles (370 kilometers) south of the capital, Mayor Israel Urrutia said a 74-year-old woman died of a heart attack during the quake, and he blamed it on the shaking.

State television reported that parts of the ceiling fell from a church in Maipu, west of Santiago, slightly injuring some parishioners. Similar problems were reported with the roof of a shopping mall in La Florida, south of the capital.

State copper giant Codelco said its mines were functioning normally.

The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake occurred 19 miles (30 kilometers) deep.

It was the second significant quake in as many days for central Chile, where people were shaken awake Saturday morning by a 5.1-magnitude temblor that caused no major damage or injuries even though its epicenter was in metropolitan Santiago.

Tiger Woods Celebration After Winning The Arnold Palmer Invitational

ORLANDO, Fla. -- His ball safely over the water, Tiger Woods walked toward the 18th green Sunday as he had done over the last 30 months on the PGA Tour, with one big difference.

There was no mistaking that smile.

"Pure joy," he said.

Woods finally brought the buzz back to the very thing that made him famous – winning.

Two weeks after another injury scare, Woods looked dominant as ever in that bright red shirt to win the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill. It was his first PGA Tour victory since a sex scandal at the end of 2009 led to one of the greatest downfalls in sports.

And with the Masters only two weeks away, Woods looks more capable than ever of resuming his pursuit of Jack Nicklaus in the majors.

Woods closed with a 2-under 70 and won by five shots over Graeme McDowell.

"I think he really just kind of nailed home his comeback," McDowell said. "Great to have a front-row seat watching maybe the greatest of all time doing what he does best – winning golf tournaments."

Fast greens and high winds made for some challenging conditions but Woods limited himself to two bogeys and made some key saves, including a 13-foot putt for par on the 15th that effectively ended McDowell's hopes.

Fans followed Woods down to the 18th green, cheering wildly and after he made par on the final hole, the old chant of "Tiger, Tiger" boomed out from the gallery.

"It was incredible to have that type of support here," said Woods.

"I used to live here for a long time, it was neat to see some of my friends come out and follow and it was just great atmosphere around all week."

Woods has already 14 majors but none since the 2008 U.S. Open and will be among the favourites to challenge at Augusta, along with the world's top two Luke Donald and Rory McIlroy.

"I'm excited there is no doubt. I am looking forward for the momentum that I've built here and the things that I have worked on in my game all coming together at the right time," he said.

Muslim Woman Beaten to Death in Hate Crime (California)

EL CAJON, Calif. — A 32-year-old woman from Iraq who was found severely beaten next to a threatening note saying "go back to your country" died on Saturday.

Hanif Mohebi, the director of the San Diego chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, said he met with Shaima Alawadi's family members in the morning and was told that she was taken off life support around 3 p.m.

"The family is in shock at the moment. They're still trying to deal with what happened," Mohebi said.

Alawadi, a mother of five, had been hospitalized since her 17-year-old daughter found her unconscious Wednesday in the family's house in El Cajon, police Lt. Steve Shakowski said.

The daughter, Fatima Al Himidi, told KUSI-TV her mother had been beaten on the head repeatedly with a tire iron, and that the note said "go back to your country, you terrorist."A family friend told the San Diego Union-Tribune that the mother of five was a “respectful modest muhajiba,” meaning she wore the hijab. The family had recently moved to California from Michigan.

Police said they believe the attack was an isolated incident, reports the Associated Press. “A hate crime is one of the possibilities, and we will be looking at that,” Lt. Mark Coit of the El Cajon police said. “We don't want to focus on only one issue and miss something else.”

The case is getting lots of attention in social networks, where Alawadi was quickly compared to Trayvon Martin, who was shot in Florida while wearing a hoodie. A Facebook page called One Million Hijabs for Shaima Alawadi has already been set up.

Mickael Pietrus Fall Celitcs Player Carried Off On Stretcher, Hospitalized After Fall Against 76ers (VIDEO)

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Boston Celtics guard Mickael Pietrus left the court on a stretcher and will remain hospitalized overnight after an awkward collision late in the first half of Friday night's 99-86 loss against Philadelphia. Pietrus was listed as having a questionable closed head injury.

Coach Doc Rivers said Pietrus had X-rays and an MRI. He had no other information.

Pietrus crashed to the court after he collided with 76ers guard Lou Williams on a drive down the lane. Pietrus landed hard on his tailbone and his head nearly smacked the court. He instantly clutched the back of his head with both hands and rolled over on his side. Pietrus was down for at least 10 minutes and was quickly tended to by trainers from both teams.

The Celtics circled Pietrus and a couple of players took a knee as the swingman was put on a stretcher and taken out. Celtics sat on the bench with their heads bowed.

"It looked awful," Rivers said. "I just saw his neck snap. You knew that was bad. He was throwing up on the floor, so that's not very good either."

Pietrus started in place of injured guard Ray Allen.

Brittney Griner Dunks Again As Baylor Routs Georgia Tech In Women's NCAA Tournament

DES MOINES, Iowa — Baylor was cruising, the Lady Bears' reserves were waiting to check in and there seemed to be little excitement.

Then Brittney Griner got behind the Georgia Tech defense and everyone in the arena knew what could be coming.

Baylor's 6-foot-8 All-American didn't disappoint.

Griner threw down a two-handed dunk to cap a sensational performance and the Lady Bears stormed into the NCAA regional finals for the third straight year with an 83-68 victory over Georgia Tech on Saturday.

Griner, who finished with 35 points, 10 rebounds and six blocks, took a pass from Brooklyn Pope and soared in for her dunk with 6:29 left in yet another rout for the Lady Bears – swinging briefly on the rim for good measure.

"I wanted to get one in this game," said Griner, who was almost nonchalant about her crowd-pleasing play. "Brooklyn got me the ball and I just went up and slammed it."

It was the second straight game in which Griner dunked and the seventh slam of her college career. She's now tied with former Tennessee star Candace Parker, whose two dunks in NCAA tournament play had been the most.

"Even though she dunks in warm-ups all the time, in the game it's just something that automatically just gets us fired up and really excited," Baylor's Odyssey Sims said. "I think we get more excited for her than she does for herself."

Destiny Williams added 18 points on 9-for-10 shooting for the top-seeded Lady Bears (37-0), who'll play second-seeded Tennessee in the regional final on Monday night, the winner advancing to the Final Four. The Lady Bears charged out of the timeout and scored the next 20 points and take a 26-10 lead -- and they did it with everyone contributing.

Griner hit three soft turnaround shots. Williams got inside for three buckets and made a leaner in the lane. Kimetria Hayden knocked down a jumper and a free throw, and Sims added three free throws. She finished with 11 points.

Mulkey said the key was beating Tech's press, which resulted in easy shots for Griner and Williams.

"Brittney got 35 points because of (her teammates') ability to handle the pressure and score at the end of the press," Mulkey said.

Tech committed seven turnovers and missed six shots while going scoreless for 6 1/2 minutes during Baylor's game-breaking surge. The Yellow Jackets would never recover.

Liverpool Vs Wigan 1-2

LIVERPOOL’S league form plummeted to a new low this afternoon as relegation threatened Wigan Athletic won the points at Anfield.

Goals in either half from Shaun Maloney and Gary Caldwell handed the Lattics a first ever Premier League win on this side of Stanley Park and boosted their chances of survival.

Luis Suarez had equalised early in the second half but his goal was a rare moment of cheer for Reds supporters who witnessed the most disappointing game at home this season.

Manager Kenny Dalglish was adamant that Liverpool’s season would not peter out but for large spells his call to arms fell on deaf ears as they turned in an awful performance.

Liverpool’s record in the league since the turn of the year has scuppered any chance of them qualifying for the Champions League and defeat today was their fifth in six Premier League matches.

To make matters worse for Reds fans, Everton – so soundly beaten in the 217thMerseyside derby - have reduced the gap between the clubs to just two points with their win at Swansea.

Rightly there was anger and frustration at the full-time whistle as Liverpool turned in yet another sub-par display but the faithful were buoyed by the senior debut of Raheem Sterling.

The speedy winger came on with five minutes left and his introduction makes him the third youngest player to have represented the Liverpool first team.

But make no mistake, Sterling’s debut in no way softened the blow of this defeat and the boos which rang out at the end were wholly justified.

With a queue forming at the Melwood treatment table, enforced changes for the game but Liverpool had ample to see off a struggling Wigan side.

Jordan Henderson earned a recall to the starting line to replace Charlie Adam, who sustained a serious knee injury at Queens Park Ranger on Wednesday night, but his afternoon lasted just 45 minutes as he substituted for Andy Carroll at half-time.

John Flanagan, meanwhile, won a first senior start since the Carling Cup tie with Exeter City in August and served up a committed performance.

Indeed Flanagan, in for the injured Martin Kelly, helped Liverpool to a positive start to the game as they applied early pressure.

However, for all their good intentions quality was lacking.

Wigan were allowed to settle and Martin Skrtel had to defend smartly to block Victor Moses’ effort as he found a worrying amount of space in the Liverpool area.

The accuracy of the Reds’ passing was equally as alarming though a rare moment of saw Stewart Downing exchange passes with Suarez before volleying marginally wide.

Such link-up play was an exception to the rule and the mood worsened significantly just a minute later.

Moses latched onto Gary Caldwell’s flick back into the area and fell under the challenge of Skrtel.

Referee Lee Mason pointed to the spot and following a lengthy delay as Moses received treatment, Shaun Maloney fired low and hard beyond Pepe Reina, who was making his 250thleague appearance for Liverpool.

Despite going a goal behind, Liverpool’s standards remained low though Suarez fired from outside the area to bring the best out of a fully stretched Ali Al Habsi.

Suarez, easily the Reds’ best player of the first half, fed Steven Gerrard but again the Wigan goalkeeper was equal to it.

Half-time provided Liverpool fans with a welcome respite from the drudgery of the opening 45 minutes and gave manager Kenny Dalglish the chance to inspire his players.LIVERPOOL (4-2-3-1) Reina, Flanagan, Carragher, Skrtel, Enrique, Spearing, Gerrard, Kuyt (Sterling 85), Henderson (Carroll 46), Downing (Shelvey 73), Suarez. Bus Driver Holds Down Boy, Tells Girl To Beat Him

Brenda Abdul-Mateen, a Columbus City Schools bus driver in Ohio, held a 9-year-old boy's arms and told a girl to beat him up on her school bus, police said, according to The Columbus Dispatch.

Authorities told the paper that around 3:30 p.m., Abdul-Mateen stopped the bus. She then "went to where the victim was sitting and instructed another student to strike the victim."

The victim then held his hands up to avoid being hit, but Abdul-Mateen reportedly told the female student to hit the boy again -- and harder -- while the driver held the boy's arms down.

WBNS-TV’s Kevin Landers questioned the bus driver, who shed some light on her motives.

“I know it was wrong,” Abdul-Mateen told the station. “I let them girls hit him. I knew it was wrong, but he was just a typical bully.”

Sgt. John Hurst of the Columbus Division of Police’s Special Victims Unit told WBNS that this isn't the first time the bus driver has harassed a student. Last year, Abdul-Mateen reportedly made threats to a student -- saying she was going to shoot his family.

Congo Blast Brazzaville Arms Depot Explosion Kills 200

BRAZZAVILLE/KINSHASA, March 4 (Reuters) - Around 200 people were killed on Sunday when an arms dump exploded in Brazzaville, capital of the Congo Republic, a senior official in the presidency said, citing hospital sources.

Hundreds more were injured by the blasts which rocked the riverside capital of the oil-producing nation early in the day, flattening houses near the scene and sending a plume of smoke high above the city.

"According to sources at the central hospital we're talking of around 200 dead and many injured," Betu Bangana, head of protocol in the president's office in Brazzaville, told Reuters by telephone.

"Some people are still (trapped) in their houses... They're saying the entire neighbourhood of Mpila has been destroyed."

Defence Minister Charles Zacharie Bowao dismissed any talk of a coup attempt or mutiny, and told state radio that the explosions had been caused by a fire in the arms depot in the Regiment Blinde base in the riverside Mpila neighbourhood.

Panic also spread to Kinshasa, across the Congo River which separates the former French colony from the larger Democratic Republic of Congo, where windows were shattered by the force of the blasts up to 4 km away (2.5 miles).

Congolese television showed pictures of panic-stricken people on the streets of nearby neighbourhoods. There were also images of many injured people being rushed to hospital or being given first aid on the street.

Television showed crowded hospitals where doctors said they were selecting those who were seriously injured to have immediate surgery. Television also relayed an appeal by health authorities urging all medical personnel living in Brazzaville to rush to hospitals in the city.

Mass in Brazzaville's cathedral, about 4 kms (2.5 miles) away, was cut short as the building shook.

"I heard at least five or six good sized explosions, which blew out the windows and brought down half the ceiling in our hotel," Patrick Mair, an analyst with Control Risks who was in the city, told Reuters.

The main blasts were followed by a series of smaller ones. Hours after the main explosions, a plume of grey smoke still hung over the city, a Reuters witness in Kinshasa said.

Congo Republic has suffered coups and a civil war since independence from France. It has been mostly peaceful, however, since President Denis Sassou-Nguesso took power in a coup in 1997.

Bangana, from the president's office, said Sassou-Nguesso was not hurt by the explosions. (Additional reporting by George Fominyen in Dakar; Writing by David Lewis; Editing by Ben Harding)

Watch The Real Housewives Of Disney - 'SNL' Pitches A New Bravo Series

Lindsay Lohan's fourth time hosting "Saturday Night Live" brought forth some memorable sketches, but perhaps none more so than "The Real Housewives of Disney."

Sure, thanks to Bravo we all know what the Real Housewives of New York, Atlanta and Beverly Hills are like (in the words of Tina Fey, "a fire in a wax museum"), but what about our favorite fictional women of privilege? What are their dinner parties and fundraisers and balls-to-the-wall brawls like? Finally, our questions are answered.

The true highlight might be Taran Killam as Prince Charming, bu we'll let you guys be the judges.

Rajon Rondo, Celtics Outlast Jeremy Lin, Knicks In OT, 115-111

Rajon Rondo had his second triple-double in three games, finishing with 18 points, 20 assists and a career-high 17 rebounds, the Celtics ruined Harvard grad Jeremy Lin's return to Boston with a 115-111 victory over the New York Knicks on Sunday.

Rondo played a part in every Celtics point in overtime, collecting five points, five rebounds and two assists in the extra period."I know we're all in this together, but it's great when he takes over like that," Celtics coach Doc Rivers said. "He's the smartest point guard I've ever been around. He's a brilliant player like that."

Paul Pierce scored 34, including a 3-pointer with 4.9 seconds left in regulation. Kevin Garnett had 18 points and 10 rebounds, and Ray Allen gave the Celtics the lead for good with a 3-pointer to make it 108-105, then followed it with a fast-break layup -- both on assists from Rondo.Lin, who led the Knicks to seven straight wins after cracking the rotation, had one stretch to remind his fans in Boston what the fuss is all about. Boston led 94-89 with 3:35 left in regulation when he sank the second of two free throws, stole the ball and took it in for a layup and then hit a 3-pointer to cut the deficit to one point.

Anthony took it from there, making the next three Knicks baskets and giving them a 101-100 lead with 36 seconds left. Pierce missed one attempt at a game-winner, but after Novak made a pair of free throws the Celtics captain sank a long, off-balance 3-pointer with 4.9 seconds left in regulation to tie it 103-all.

Anthony missed at the buzzer to send the game into overtime.

Once there, Rondo took over.

He found Allen on the wing for a 3-pointer that gave Boston a 108-105 lead and, after Lin's driving layup bounced around and off the rim, Rondo wound up with the ball on the fast break and dropped it for Allen for the layup.Lin threw the ball away and Pierce took it in for a layup that made it 66-60 and then, after Lin made a runner, Boston scored another eight in a row to open a 74-62 lead with 3:12 to play in the third. After Baron Davis made a 3-pointer, Boston scored another six in a row, including a 3-pointer from Pierce.
